Withdrawals & Returns

If you wish to return a product you have ordered, you may do so within 30 days from the date you received it. You’ll find your order number in your order confirmation e-mail and on the delivery note in the parcel. It looks like this: EC0001234.

Please provide your order number and the corresponding email address.
If you cannot find your order number, you can send an email directly to RobYamamoto788@gmail.com, and Salewa can resolve your issue via email.
